Ray Marrero & Jenny Mills take on elevated roles

Ray Marrero becomes Creative Director; Jenny Mills promoted to Director of Events & Project Management.

 

work x work announces key team changes to position for growth in 2024. Ray Marrero, the founding Design Director responsible for the agency’s identity, client campaigns with Audible, NPR, Warner Music Group, Target, Sonos, and more, as well as work x work’s flagship podcast festival, On Air Fest, will be leading creative and branding services.

work x work also announces the promotion of Jenny Mills to Director of Events & Project Management. In her elevated role, Jenny will lead the agency’s experiential services, client programs and head production for On Air Fest.

 

Jenny is an accomplished event executive who brought her expertise in strategic planning, client services and production to work x work three years ago. “From our Climate Talks event series with Meta to Racquet Mag’s night of storytelling with Nick Kyrgios on the eve of the U.S. Open, Jenny has consistently raised the bar for our clients and our own special projects.” says Scott Newman.
