Scott is a multimedia artist and entrepreneur. He founded work x work to satisfy the needs of brands to express themselves through true storytelling. His approach is grounded in fifteen years’ experience building brands, and crafting successful cross-platform marketing campaigns.

RAY MARRERO

Ray Marrero is a Creative Director celebrated for crafting innovative campaigns and award-winning visual languages across diverse brands. With a talent for blending bold creativity and strategic thinking, Ray has developed impactful experiences that resonate deeply with audiences. From designing culturally rich projects like On Air Fest to shaping brand identities, his work bridges creativity and connection, delivering powerful storytelling through design, branding, and experiential marketing.

Jeff is a network builder. At the intersection of brand marketing and cultural insights, Jeff’s approach to business development is nimble and high-octane. He has crafted thought leadership platforms and an innovation consulting practice. Kathleen Ottinger

Kathleen brings over a decade of experience in audio, photo and video production to her role as a Producer at work x work. In addition to providing production support for On Air Fest and work x work’s portfolio of clients, she also assists across projects in website development, design and management; project management; marketing and communications; and brand strategy. Utilizing her plethora of experiences and professional insights, she is always determined to help clients achieve their business goals.

Simon Misner

Simon is a graphic designer and motion designer based in Brooklyn New York. Simon appreciates a thoughtful approach to design and storytelling often incorporating elements of wonder and surprise into their work. With five years of design experience they have cultivated a passion for brand storytelling with a focus on narrative based motion design that activates and excites.

Lucia Ribisi

Lucia Santina Ribisi is a New York-based multimedia artist. Her short documentary "Climate Chaos, Baby," exploring Gen Z eco anxiety and reproduction, was an official selection at the 2023 Big Apple Film Festival. She has worked on creative festivals, multimedia content, and organizational partnerships. Her work has appeared in renowned museums and been featured in outlets like the Wall Street Journal, L.A. Times, and Vogue.

Adria Theoharides

Adria Theoharides is a marketing leader with a proven track record of award-winning campaigns for global brands like NBCUniversal and Sony Music. She built Sony Music Podcasts into a recognized brand and led standout campaigns for TV launches and major events, including the E! People’s Choice Awards. Known for trendspotting and culturally resonant strategies, Adria excels in integrating talent, influencers, and brands to create impactful partnerships and authentic storytelling experiences.
