work x work announces the promotion of Jemma Rose Brown to Director of Programming & Production. In her new role, Jemma will be responsible for a growing roster of original content projects as well as creative and branding services and the agency’s flagship cultural event, On Air Fest.

Jemma has been an integral part of work x work, the go-to agency for brands looking to participate in audio culture, for over three years. She originally joined the company to concept and grow the agency’s podcast festival, On Air Fest, and has become a crucial strategic and creative asset for clients including Spotify, Mastercard, Stitcher, Sonos and more. In addition to client services Jemma will be shaping the next generation of On Air Fest and other in house cultural initiatives. Earlier this year she lead production for the inaugural X Fronts and Hot Pod Summit as well as campaigns for NPR and WNYC.
Jemma brings a background in storytelling and cultural production for organizations including The Moth and StoryCorps to agency projects, helping brands develop their voice and story.
