Generate new business and drive revenue growth
Represent our full suite of services including brand strategy, logo and identity systems, digital and IRL campaigns, content development, experiential design, audio and events
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with senior level client contacts and brand partners
Actively prospect via all channels including events, phone, email, LinkedIn, social, industry tools and face to face
Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and strengthen work x work’s selling proposition
Solicit and respond to RFPs
Provide superior customer service to clients
Manage sales database, track, analyze and report all activity
Monitor the performance of projects and support creative team on behalf of clients
Collaborate with creative team on custom solutions
A minimum of 4 years experience, ideally in the branding/marketing/advertising field
A passion to see opportunities, understand needs, create solutions, set proper expectations and close meaningful deals
A proven record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
Constructive, flexible, hard-working attitude & ability to work well within a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

work x work seeks an experienced social media editor for agency projects with a special focus on On Air Fest. The ideal candidate is a digital native with a strong track record for engaging audiences online, excellent copywriting skills, a keen visual eye and has a finger on the pulse of cultural trends.
This position will kick off with amplifying On Air Fest 2020, including strategy, creating cross-platform content, audience growth and engagement as well as working in concert with our PR and production teams to drive festival coverage.
Other projects include ideation and execution for our clients in hospitality, lifestyle, tech and media as well as marketing communications and social branding for our agency.
Ideate new campaigns, promotions, and themes
Write and schedule social media content calendars
Execute organic and paid campaigns (Facebook, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Produce and/or manage the production of graphic content
Ability to communicate uniquely for different brands
Monitor and respond to analytics
Create and manage promotions/contests on Facebook and other channels
Monitor and keep the rest of our team apprised of important social media marketing developments and innovations
1-3 years experience in content creation, social media or related field
Digital agency or in-house agency/media experience preferred
Fluency in all major social media platforms
Excellent communication skills
Strong writing/editing/proofreading skills

This multifaceted internship will provide opportunities to contribute research and ideas to On Air Fest 2020while being exposed to the daily operations of a creative agency.
The ideal intern is a digital native who is immersed in the world of audio storytelling, music & culture. You relish the opportunity to talk about your favorite podcasts, and your friends come to you for recommendations on the best new music to listen to. You have a tremendous appetite and curiosity for a range of cultural events around the city, and are always seeking out fresh artists, venues and experiences to satiate it. You navigate file management systems (Google Suite, Dropbox) with ease and are a confident communicator.
Our team is collaborative, ambitious and hands on, so you will have the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of agency operations.

Coming into its fourth year in 2020, On Air Fest [http://onairfest.com/] is the festival exploring storytelling and creativity in sound. On Air Fest takes inspiration from creative conferences, performance art and music festivals—hyphenating worlds and providing a magical space to advance the culture of audio. In 2019, On Air Fest hosted over 120 of the top podcast and audio storytelling talent for three days of intimate conversations, performances, installations and live tapings and show launches.
Responsibilities Attend team idea meetings Copywriting and editing Alongside Senior Producer, maintain contact lists, worksheets, database entries and timelines for client projects and festivals Pitch content for agency and festival social media platforms Assist team in developing collateral for outreach initiatives Research events for the team to attend for networking and talent exposure Brainstorm and pitch session concepts for On Air Fest Research unique and unexpected guests talent from the worlds of podcasting, radio, music and audio art
Qualifications Familiarity with NYC culture scene and podcast landscape Highly motivated, strong work ethic Organizational finesse Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design a strong plus
The Details Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of two days/week. Internships take place at our Brooklyn HQ during business hours (M-F 10-6). We provide a subway transit stipend, a $20/day meal credit, a three-day pass to On Air Fest 2020 and academic credit where applicable. This position will start immediately and run through the fall, with possibility for extension.
